Apotheke, the cocktail bar that started in New York’s Chinatown, was scheduled to open its South Beach location Friday, Oct. 30, inside the Moxy South Beach hotel at 915 Washington Ave., according to the company’s announcement.

The lounge is entered through an unmarked door on Washington Avenue rather than through the hotel lobby, the announcement said. Its menu groups drinks by intended effect, with nine cocktails created for the Miami Beach bar alongside rotating drinks from the New York and Los Angeles locations. The company said the space will also have live music and DJ sets.

Apotheke’s website now lists a South Beach location and a reservation link. The announcement did not give hours, and Red Sidewalks has not independently confirmed that the bar opened on schedule.
