The North Beach Community Redevelopment Agency’s advisory committee meets Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 4:30 p.m. at Normandy Shores Golf Club, 2401 Biarritz Drive, where the consultants writing the agency’s five-year strategic finance, investment and implementation plan will make a presentation, the city announced in its November economic development newsletter.

After the presentation, the meeting turns into an open house where residents, business owners and others can look over project information and share ideas and priorities, according to the city, which says public comment is strongly encouraged. The plan will shape what the agency invests in over the next five years.

The redevelopment agency covers about 326 acres bounded by 87th Terrace to the north, the ocean to the east, 65th Street to the south and Rue Notre Dame to the west, according to its city page. The page describes the agency’s funding over a 30-year life that runs from 2021 to 2051.

The agency’s page also posts the presentation from an earlier open house on the plan, held Oct. 15.
